Vessels can now have optimized planning within a few minutes.
The simple user interface makes generating discharge and load
plans a breeze.
Discharge plans are generated by simply clicking and choosing,
cranes, bays, stacks or individual containers. To generate the
load plan, planners just have to map the stowage locations to
destination ports, containers size, type, priority and the
system will auto generate the Load plan.
Vessel stowage weight distributions, stack height and length
restrictions and other factors which affect vessel stability are
all taken into account during load plan generation.
Dig free loading
Load plans can be auto-generated based on stowage locations, The
dig free load plans are a culmination of all the algorithms
which went into stacking the load containers as well as the
algorithms which auto generate load plans from the load maps
specified by the planners.
The generated load plans also place emphasis on achieving dig
free discharging and eliminating re-handles at the destination
ports by ensuring all containers loaded to be in-sequence of
port rotations.
Realtime work letter generation and transmission
Discharge and load plans generated can be converted into digital
crane work letters and transmitted to crane drivers' screens and
handheld tablets of ground crews or hatch crews.
In case of crane breakdowns re-allotting discharge and load
plans is quick and transmitted in real time there by reducing
downtime.
